Live Music: Die Kafkas

The KAFKAS are everything but normal. They are an emancipated punk band which doesn’t need studded leather jackets and which breaks the borders between punk, electro, alternative and pop in order to reach a broader cross-scene hype reservoir.

The KAFKAS are not tied to lounge, trends or the expectations of others. They go their own way experimenting and changing along the way but somehow always the KAFKAS. Entertaining, charming and with a lot of “Tiefgang”.

Live Music: K.C. McKanzie

K.C. McKanzie is a songwriter of the rarestkind. Joyful melancholy, intense lightness - seemingly incompatible extremes blend together
effortlessly in her music. She does her very own brand of Americana and Folk. A bittersweet Old-Time-flavour combines with a contemporary touch of rootsy rhythms.

K.C. McKanzie's soft voice leads wistfully and clear through the haunting but passionate lyrics. Love and despair, longing and lust are put expressively into powerful symbols by using dry, simple writing.
Subtle arrangements with plenty of detail create a timeless yet intimate mood. K.C. McKanzie's songwriting is complex and
stripped bare, it sparkles with energy.

Live Musik: I like birds, too

I like birds, too is a new one man and his guitar set-up from Dresden. Having not been able to play so many concerts so far, he first has to go on the hunt for a guitar with pickups for this concert. Once that's done, they'll be songs from the heart about rooms that are too small, too little life and other things of our time. If you can't really imagine that, then head to the I like birds, too website to download the tracks.

Live Musik: J. Krawietz

J. Krawietz has been playing the guitar since he can remember, in many bands, in many places, through different styles. He moved to Berlin in 2006 and the city changed his music. He put all his influences in a mixer, shacked well, added a few secret ingredients, and created his own formula: electronic beats that go hand in hand with blues and rocks riffs. His one-man-shows are full of energy and won't leave your mind for days.
